Console doesn't have scroll bar for error detail
Console doesn't have scroll bar for error detail
Although the area for error detail in the Console pane is resizable and scroll-able, it has two problems:
1. It does not have a scroll bar. It can only be scrolled by resizing, or with the old stupid trick where you drag to select a portion outside the visible area.
2. When it loses focus, the scroll area snaps to the top. This is extremely frustrating when trying to use a line number in another program. Oddly, the scroll view goes back to where it was when it regains focus.
